Following a tip off, the Phuentsholing police arrested four men between the age of 17-29 in possession of contraband substances worth Nu.15,000, this morning. The men, who were on their way to Thimphu, were arrested from Phuentsholing bus terminal.
The other two, suspected to be accomplices, are being interrogated. They were not carrying any controlled substances.
Police suspect the consignment must have been for sale because of the huge quantity.
