Gyalsey Trulku Jigme Tenzin Wangpo presides over Trashi Yangtse’s Moenlam Chenmo

Gyalsey Trulku Jigme Tenzin Wangpo is presiding over Trashi Yangtse’s Moenlam Chenmo at Chorten Kora. The Trashi Yangtse Lam Neten along with 130 monks is taking part in the prayer ceremony.

Around one thousand devotees gathered to attend the ceremony. According to the district administration, they sought approval from the Election Commission since it is an annual event.

The six-day Moenlam Chenmo will end with Throm wang on Tuesday.
