From reporting corruption to tracking the status of complaints, the Anti-Corruption Commission has made it easier. The Commission has launched a mobile application called myACC app. It will be soon available on IOS and Android mobile phones.

Until now, to report corruption, people had to either visit the ACC office or lodge the complaint via email, Whatsapp, WeChat, website and using postal services.

According to the Deputy Chief Complaint Management Officer, there was a lack of details when it came to complaints while using the above-mentioned platforms.

But once people start using this app, ACC officials will have detailed information about a particular complaint.

After reporting a complaint, the individual will receive a registration number to check the status. The status includes qualifying for investigation or not, sharing with agencies for action and sensitisation, and information enrichment.
