With the ever-growing impact and importance of science on human lives, traditional monastic monks have taken to learning the subject. 17 monks from various Buddhist institutes participated in a training on Astronomy and Cosmology in the capital. The training according to the organisers will help the participants understand modern science and incorporate it into Buddhism including astrology.
The eleven-day training ended today.
