With the BoB Bhutan Premier league nearing its end, Paro FC currently lead the League. They are closely followed by Thimphu City FC and Druk Lhayul FC. The three teams now have two matches left to play.

Having played 16 of their 18 matches so far, Paro FC sit top of the table with 44 points. The team displayed their dominance in the recent performance against Transport United FC, defeating them with a score of five goals to nil.

And sitting in second place are Thimphu City FC who have 40 points. They also have two matches remaining. Their last outing was a one-one draw against third-placed Druk Lhayul FC who have 38 points.

But all the top three teams are still in contention to win the league. Paro FC will play Druk Lhayul next week. The current league leaders also face Thimphu City in their last match.

In the lower half of the table, Takin FC secured only their second win of the season on Monday. They defeated Ugyen Academy FC after scoring the only goal of the match. The takins have three matches left.

Paro Rinpung are now at the bottom with only five points from 16 matches.

The league, which has a total of ten teams competing for the title, ends on 5th January.
