Druk Phuensum Tshogpa is fielding a civil engineer from Radhi-Sakteng Constituency for the fourth parliamentary elections. A father of four, Ten Gyamtsho from Pakaling village in Radhi Gewog of Trashigang holds a Bachelors of Technology in Civil Engineering from a university in India.

The 52-year-old worked for the Royal Bhutan Police (RBP) for more than 20 years and resigned as the Executive Engineer in 2018. According to a news release from the party, the socio-economic information and ground realities, he knew as a public servant have not only shaped his outlook but have also inspired him to explore politics as a ‘public social enterprise’ to serve his countrymen and fellow Bhutanese.

He contested in the 2018 National Assembly election as a candidate of the Bhutan Kuen-Nyam Party.
