Teachers take part in athletics seminar

A two-day-long kid’s athletics seminar for the primary school teachers ended today. Teachers from Thimphu, Wangdue, Haa, Punakha, Bumthang, Tsirang and Sarpang took part in the programme.

The teachers were facilitated by a resource person from the International Association of Athletics Federation. The program is mainly organised to change the lifestyles of the students and to inculcate healthy lifestyles from a primary level of schooling.

The programme was organised by Bhutan Amateur Athletic Federation.
