His Majesty grants dhar to appoint new secretary and NC eminent member

His Majesty The King granted Dhar to appoint the new secretary of the Dratshang Lhentshog and an eminent member of the National Council.
The new Dratshang Lhentshog Secretary, Zangla Namgyel, was serving as Changarp to His Majesty The King prior to his appointment. In his career as a civil servant, he has served as deputy director of the National Assembly and as head of Driglam at the Home Ministry.
His Majesty’s appointee to the National Council is Tashi Chhozom, who was serving as Drangpon at the Supreme Court.
