A litre of diesel in Thimphu will now cost Nu 120.68, an increase by nearly Nu 5 compared to yesterday. The price was Nu 115.70.
Similarly, the price of petrol has increased by 20 Chhetrum. A litre of petrol at the fuel depot in Lungtenzampa, Thimphu will now cost Nu 100.52.
The Economic Affairs Minister said the fuel prices increased at the source. The country imports fuel from India.
