Winning an election once might depend on luck, but it takes more than luck to win every time. The Gup-elect of Mendrelgang Gewog in Tsirang, Yeshi, is one such winner. The veteran will once again be at the helm of the gewog administration, a position that he held for six consecutive terms. He has been serving as a Gup for more than two decades, probably making him one of the longest-serving Gups in the country.
