Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Royal Wedding, over 500 Desuups hoisted 2,000 Zhabten prayer flags for His Majesty in Thimphu today. They hoisted the flag along the Kuenselphodrang road.

The flags are to thank His Majesty for the opportunity they were given to serve as Desuup and to pray for the long life of Their Majesty The King, The Gyaltsuen, and The Gyalseys.

The Laytshog Lopen along with the monks from the Central Monastic Body consecrated the flags.
