Sherab Zam loses to Khatuna Lorig of the USA

(Olympics Update): Bhutanese archer Sherab Zam was defeated by Khatuna Lorig from the US in the Women’s Individual archery Elimination round of London Olympics today.

Sherab Zam lost three consecutive sets to Khatuna Lorig, 22-28, 21-26 and 22-26.

Sherab Zam scored a total of 65, while Khatuna Lorig scored 80.

The competition was held at Lord’s Cricket ground in London. Individual matches are played over the best five sets, with each consisting of three arrows per archer.
