Damchen bags the title

Team Damchen won the 2012 Coronation Silver Jubilee Archery tournament. They defeated Green team in the finals today. The winning team members received a washing machine each, while the Green team players won a 21 inch LCD Television set each.

With 18 Kareys, Karma Tashi from Drukair team won the title of the highest one day Karey.

The title of the overall best player of the tournament went to Tshultrim Phuentsho of team Tertoen. Tshultrim Phuentsho has hit a total of 65 kareys in the entire tournament.

Namgay Wangchuk of the green team was awarded with highest dobji in the tournament with 13 dobjis.

A total of 36 teams participated in the tournament, which was organised by the Bhutan Indigenous Games and Sports Association of the Bhutan Olympic Committee.
