A 45-year-old man in Dagana died after consuming wild mushroom. The deceased had collected wild mushroom from the forest on Thursday. He had eaten most of the mushroom, while his wife and child had just tasted it.
According to the Police, he suffered from diarrhea the next day. He died on Saturday while on his way to Dagana Hospital. One of his relatives found his dead body a few meters away from his house.
His wife and child have been referred to hospital. The deceased is from Patala village under Drujeygang gewog in Dagana.
