A 28-year-old man from Merag tested positive for COVID-19 today. He is one of the primary contacts of yesterday’s case. With the detection of two cases yesterday, Merag Gewog has been under complete lockdown.

The patient is moved to the isolation ward in Monggar earlier today. Health officials have traced all contacts of the case and swab samples are sent for RT-PCR test to Monggar.
