Kanni Wignaraja is the Regional Director of the UNDP Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific. She is also the UN Assistant Secretary General and the UNDP Assistant Administrator. She visited Bhutan virtually and met the Prime Minister of Bhutan, foreign minister and other senior government officials to discuss development challenges and opportunities in Bhutan.
