BNCA penalises 13 businesses for the illegal sale of tobacco and tobacco products, Thimphu

The Bhutan Narcotics Control Authority penalised 13 shopkeepers for the illegal sale of tobacco and tobacco products in Thimphu. The authority collected more than Nu 70,000 in fines from the defaulters. The shopkeepers were caught during the recent inspection.

The BNCA also penalised a few people for smoking in public places.
