The three-day prostration from Tashichhodzong to Tango to celebrate the birthday of  His Majesty The King by the recovering addicts and the staff of Chithuen Phenday Association ended today at Tango Monastery.

On 20th February, the participants started prostrating from Tashichhodzong till Pangrizampa Lhakhang. And yesterday, the members headed towards Tango Dodena University and they reached Tango Monastery earlier today.

As a part of treatment and for a healthy and spiritual mind, the participants dedicated the prostration for the long life and well being of His Majesty The King and all the sentient beings. The event was supported by the Bhutan Kidney Foundation, Zhung Dratshang and Mr Emes Yetes.

Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty The King, the Chithuen Phenday Association aspires to be the nation’s resource centre for promoting drug and alcohol-free GNH society.
