People in Belangdrak unhappy with the slow pace of blacktopping works

People of Belangdrak under Kazhi Gewog in Wangdue Phodrang are still deprived of a proper road to commute. Of the 21 kilometres, around 15 kilometres of the road remains yet to be blacktopped. And although there are plans to blacktop the road in the current financial year, officials say they are struggling with budget constraints.
