Bhutan is known for its rich culture and tradition but modernisation and rural-urban migration have a huge impact on the preservation; the unique traditional offering to the local deity, Aum Jomo in Kangpar Gewog of Trashigang is facing the same challenge. Locals are worried about the decreasing participation of the people every year. People are hoping for an intervention from concerned authorities to help preserve and promote their age-old tradition.
