As the host of 6th Royal Bhutan Flower Exhibition, at the moment, Haa valley is almost synonymous with a big beautiful flower garden. And as the lockdown eases phase-wise, the setting is possibly perfect for people to seek respite. Yet, residents of the town are taking cautions in adapting to the new normal.
