A landslide triggered by the heavy rainfall damaged a shop and a kitchen belonging to a family in Dubpi under Patshaling Gewog in Tsirang around 3 am today. Luckily, the family members took refuge in a neighbour’s house at around 1 am after the heavy rainfall showed no sign of stopping.
Although there is no report of causality, all belongings and necessities of the family are buried by the landslide. The family has reported the incident to Patshaling Gewog office.
