The closure of international borders since March affected a lot of businesses in the country, but for Anil Chettri, an entrepreneur manufacturing ice cream in Samtse, the closure comes as a blessing. For Jomo Food Industry, located at Yangphelthang in Norboogang Gewog, ice cream sale is on an upward trajectory.
