The Dorji Lopen of the Central Monastic Body conferred Khadar to the newly appointed Tshengye Ue-Chung, today. 43-year-old Namgay from Ge-nyen Gewog in Thimphu is the new Tshengye Ue-Chung of Pung-Thim Dratshang.
Prior to his current appointment, he was serving as a teacher in Dodey Drak Shedra for the last 17 years. He completed his studies from Dechenphodrang and Dodey Drak Shedra.
