Nangsel Goenpa, one of the oldest and sacred monasteries in Goenshari Gewog of Punakha, is undergoing reconstruction. But the gewog administration and locals are worried over the funds needed for the project. They say the recently approved budget of Nu 4 M will not be sufficient to complete the works.
