Four more people who returned from Middle East tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, taking the number of cases in the country to 47.

The latest cases include two men and two women who returned to Bhutan on May 29. They were kept in quarantine facilities in Thimphu and have been moved to the isolation ward.

Meanwhile, three more patients have recovered from COVID-19 and have been moved from the isolation ward to de-isolation. Currently there are 14 people in de-isolation.

With 47 cases, all imported, 9 full recoveries and zero deaths, Bhutan continues to remain in the orange zone.
