Boosting income through the sale of local green chilli, Nangkor in Zhemgang

The COVID-19 pandemic has given an opportunity for the farmers of Goleng village under Nangkor Gewog in Zhemgang to make a good income from the sale of green chillies. They are not only happy with the better price but also with a bountiful harvest.

Today, a kilogram of green chillies fetch as high as Nu 450.
