40 women trained in plastic waste upcycling in Trongsa

About forty single mothers and women were trained to use waste material for weaving bags and baskets in Trongsa Dzongkhag.

Using plastic waste into weaving colourful baskets and carry bags  is gaining momentum in the country.

The two month long training was funded by European Union and Department of Local Governance.
