Land Use Certificate Pilot projects began in 2018 as an initiative to address youth unemployment. Three years since its initiation, today it has become a success story for a group of youth in Themdrang of Silambi Gewog in Monggar.
The group is making the most of this initiative and has also ventured into integrated commercial farming.
