The country’s second COVID-19 patient, a 59-year-old American woman, is stable. She is in isolation and has been undergoing symptomatic treatment since Tuesday. According to the Health Minister, the patient’s guide and the driver are also keeping fine.

“She is haemodynamically doing well and we have started with her treatment from Monday. We have been monitoring the health of the guide and the driver as well and so far they have not shown any symptoms. As soon as they show symptoms we will test them for the disease. But so far, there is nothing to be worried about. Along with it, all the people in the quarantine facilities are being monitored and no one has shown any symptoms. This includes the driver and the guide as well,” said Dechen Wangmo, the Health Minister.

According to the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, in medical contexts, the term “hemodynamics” often refers to basic measures of cardiovascular function, such as arterial pressure or cardiac output.
