The Dorji Lopen of the Central Monastic Body conferred Khadar to the newly appointed Lam of Haa Jamtoed Goenpa under Bji Gewog, today.
39-year-old Pema Tshering from Jamtoed Goenpa in Haa joined the monkhood at the age of eleven and prior to his current appointment, he served as Sungkhop of Royal Body Guards at Dechenchholing in Thimphu.
