Locals refuse to give public clearance for dolomite surface collection

Residents of Chhunag in Phuentshogpelri gewog of Samtse are refusing to give clearance to contractors for collection of dolomite and dolomite dust. They are adamant that if community contractors do not get a share of the plot, they will not give public clearance to contractors from outside.
