The Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, Kang-il Hu handed over seven protocol cars to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today in Thimphu.
Two Hyundai Genesis G80, four Hyundai Santafe and a Hyundai Verna were provided by the Government of the Republic of Korea. A total of 18 cars have been donated so far by the Republic of Korea since 2016. The cars will be used in the protocol department of the Foreign Ministry.
According to the Foreign Ministry, It is a result of warm and cordial relations that the two countries share since its diplomatic ties in 1987.
