Gelegphu high school wins Women’s National Championship

Team Gelegphu high school won the finals of the High-Quality Women’s National Championship played yesterday at Gelegphu.

Sunrise Women’s FC and Paro Dzongkhag bagged the runners-up and second runners-up titles respectively. The teams were awarded cash prizes of Nu 300,000, Nu 200,000 and Nu 100,000 each.

A total of 10 teams from 10 dzongkhags took part in the Championship organized by the  Bhutan Football Federation.
