A 21-year-old man from Paro is under Paro police custody for allegedly committing a series of burglary in Sharpa and Baangdey. The suspect was allegedly caught stealing jewellery and clothes from a house in Baangdey on 8th November.
According to the police, the suspect has committed burglary in two other houses on the same day. While interrogating, the suspect confessed to stealing from nine houses in Baangdey and Sharpa in the last few months. The case is still under investigation and it is likely that the suspect was involved in many similar cases in Paro.
