As targeted, the Mangdehhu Hydropower Project Authority successfully tested yet another power generating unit yesterday. It will now undergo a complete trial run like the first unit for Commercial Operation within two to three days according to the Project Authority.
The project has four power generating machines with a capacity to produce 180 MW each. The first unit began its power sale from Friday.
The project has plans to begin full power generation of all units and sale by end of this July.
