His Holiness the Je Khenpo is presiding over the third annual Moenlam chhenmo which began in Thimphu from today. Thousands of devotees are attending a week long great prayer ceremony.
Thimphu Dzongkhag and Thimphu Thromde are organizing the prayer ceremony in collaboration with the Central Monastic Body. Earlier, the Zhung dratshang and Buddha Dordenma construction project organized the annual Moenlam chhenmo.
