His Holiness the Je Khenpo is presiding over a six-day Moenlam Chenmo in Trashigang starting yesterday. More than 1,500 monks of Trashigang Rabdey, lay monks and nuns are performing the ceremony.

The ceremony is being held at the Trashigang Middle Secondary School ground. Our reporter Yonten Jamtsho says devotees from Trashigang and nearby areas are attending the ceremony. The Moenlam Chenmo will end on Thursday.
