His Holiness the Je Khenpo consecrated Jungwazhi or the statue of four elements ( soil, water, fire and air) at the Tala Hydropower Plant dam site in Chhukha today.
The 15-feet statue housed inside a glass house was constructed to prevent natural calamities at the site.
