To reduce stress, improve focus, raise performance and improve interpersonal relationships, the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today.
With the signing, the SIYLI will train civil servants on emotional intelligence. The training will provide Bhutanese civil servants with the tools of neuroscience-based mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
SIYLI was established in 2012 as an independent non-profit organization. The institute strives to teach people tools for compassion, empathy and wisdom so that they can create a better world for themselves and others.
