His Holiness the Je Khenpo is presiding over a weeklong annual moenlam chhenmo at Namdroling Goenzin Dratshang in Autsho, Lhuentse.

The great prayer ceremony, which began from today, will conclude on March 13 with blessings to the public.

Around 700  monks from Namdroeling Goenzin Dratshang, Lhunetse Rabdey and other nearby monasteries are performing the prayer ceremony.

Devotees from Monggar and Lhuentse have also gathered to attend the prayer ceremony. The moenlam chhenmo is being conducted for the well being of all the sentient beings.

This is the first moenlam chhenmo presided over by His Holiness this year.
