DCSI,SACICT signs MoU to promote handicrafts

To accelerate the growth of the handicrafts sector in the country, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Department of Cottage and Small Industry (DCSI)  and the Support Arts and Crafts International Centre of Thailand (SACICT) yesterday.

The MoU is expected to create effective collaboration between the two agencies for the development and promotion of handicrafts sector by sharing of skills and technical know-how by the Thai handicrafts experts.

SACICT is the national crafts information centre which preserves Thai crafts.
