School football, archery tournament underway in Tsirang

Some 343 students from 20 schools are taking part in the National School Football and Traditional Archery tournament underway in Tsirang.

The five-day event began yesterday.

Seven teams of football and archery in both male and female categories are competing in the tournament.

These teams are the winners of the Dzongkhag School Sports Meet and Regional School Sports Meet.

The finals will be played on Saturday.
