His Holiness consecrates Sarpang Rabdey’s several new facilities

His Holiness the Je Khenpo consecrated the Sarpang Rabdey’s newly constructed hostel, dining hall, guest house and the Lam Neten’s residence.

His Holiness was accompanied by Zhung Dratshang’s Laytshog Lopon.

The new facilities were constructed at the cost of Nu 6.3 M. It was funded by the Indian government.

The Consulate General of the Consulate Office of Indian Government in Phuentsholing, Ashish Middha, the GNHC Secretary, dzongkhag officials, local leaders and nearby locals attended the consecration ceremony.

The Sarpang Rabdey has  about 150 monks.
