Lettshog Lopen presides over Dechhog Drubchhen in Nepal

The Lettshog Lopen of the Central Monastic Body presided over a weeklong Dechhog Drubchhen at Sangye Choeling Dratshang in Nepal recently.

The Drubchhen was conducted for world peace, eternal well being of His Majesty The King, His Royal Highness The Gyalsey and the Je Khenpos.

The seven day Drubchhen concluded on the Descending Day of Lord Buddha with  Ngedrup Langchhog blessing.

As a part of the Drubchhen, mask dances were also performed for the community yesterday.

The Drubchhen was first instituted in 2007 upon the command of His Holiness the Je Khenpo.
