A fire early this morning gutted a house in Dangkhar village in Zhemgang. The incident happened around 12:30 am.
No one was home at the time but no belongings could be salvaged.
Police, DeSuups and local people battled the fire and prevented it from spreading to other houses.
The cause of the fire is not known.
