Phuentshogling Police have arrested a 30-year-old man for carrying more than 3,300 Spasmoproxyvon Plus (SP+) capsules from Rinchending police check-post in Chhukha yesterday afternoon.
Police say the man from Paro had concealed the illegal drugs underneath the seat of his vehicle.
The suspect has also been arrested in the past for a similar offence.
