A 26-year-old man died at the National Referral Hospital in Thimphu yesterday from stab injuries. The deceased was stabbed by a 30-year-old man at Yusagang village under Dangchu Gewog in Wangduephodrang on Tuesday.
The incident took place at around 6pm. The deceased was stabbed on his upper abdomen.The argument picked up after the man saw the deceased at his wife’s place though the couple has been living separately for about two months due to misunderstanding.
The man is currently under police custody.
The case is under investigation.
