Snowfall last night has blocked the Thrumshingla pass between Monggar and Bumthang Dzongkhags. Passenger buses and vehicles coming from Trashigang and Monggar today returned to Sengor.
Similarly, vehicles on its way to Monggar and Trashigang are also stranded in Bumthang.
