The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has declared Gem Tshering from Lomekha village of Dokar Gewog as its candidate from Dokar_Sharpa constituency in Paro.
Gem Tshering was formerly the Managing Director of Bhutan Power Corporation.
He replaces the serving Member of Parliament, Kezang Wangmo.
With this, PDP has now declared 28 candidates.
